Aaron and Tiffany are positioned in Seattle as missionaries doing the ministry of Equip Worship. Their role is to help strengthen church plants and existing churches by helping worship teams to grow in skill, leadership, and heart.
Some of their responsibilities are:
To encourage worship leaders and pastors in their respective ministries
To provide musical and leadership training
To facilitate community among worship leaders across the Northwest
